What is Hellgate: London?
Hellgate: London is an RPG with a first-person twist. The setting is based in London, plagued by demons. All of civilization in London has been forced underground, where they must survive the plaguing demons. With a linear storyline, skills, character levels, this sounds like your classic Diablo 2 like RPG, right? Wrong.
How it's different
Hellgate: London is nothing short of your traditional RPG, however for some things that set it off. Like it's maze like skill system, at which any point in the game your character can afford a skill, you can buy it. Also, weapons will also have slots to add "Rune Words" (similar to Diablo 2's runeword system). Also, the guns in HG:L will have unlimited ammunition as Flagship Studios has told us. As The Flagship Follower is reporting, some weapons will have 600 shot per minute limits, so fire away!
